Libeau Enterprises, Inc. was founded by Frank Libeau in 2004. Mr. Libeau provides business and development services in the Higher Education arena, and specializes in Oracle PeopleSoft Campus Solutions, assisting clients with implementations, upgrades, as well as special design and development projects in various capacities, ranging from technical lead and developer to business analyst.

Frank has worked with Campus Solutions since the product’s inception and has been part of a core group of consultants involved in implementations across the United States.
